Frequently Asked Questions

You can find Just Ice Tea at major retailers nationwide including Target, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Wegmans. Use our store locator to find a location near you, or shop online at Amazon.

Can I buy your tea in bulk/cases?

Yes! We offer multi-packs and cases through Amazon and select retailers. For larger wholesale orders, please contact us using the form above.

We're always exploring new formats to meet our customers' needs. Stay tuned for announcements on new sizes and packaging options!

Why glass bottles?

Glass is infinitely recyclable and keeps our tea tasting its best. It's better for the environment and better for you – no plastic leaching, just pure, clean flavor.

Are you gluten free?

Yes! All Just Ice Tea products are naturally gluten-free. We use simple, real ingredients – just tea, water, and natural sweeteners.

Are you nut free?

Yes! Our products do not contain any nuts or nut-derived ingredients and are produced in facilities that follow strict allergen protocols.

What are the caffeine levels in your teas?

Caffeine levels vary by flavor. Our green and black teas contain natural caffeine from the tea leaves. For caffeine-free options, try our Berry Hibiscus, Orange Mango, or Enjoy Mint Tea. Check individual product pages for specific caffeine content.

Once opened, how long until Just Ice Tea expires?

Once opened, we recommend consuming within 7-10 days when kept refrigerated. Always check the "best by" date on the bottle for unopened shelf life.

Isn't your brand name a typo?

Nope, it's intentional! "Just Ice Tea" reflects our commitment to simplicity – just ice tea made with real ingredients, no artificial sweeteners. It's also a nod to justice and fair trade, values at the heart of everything we do.

What happened to Honest Tea? Are you Honest Tea?

Just Ice Tea was co-founded by Seth Goldman, the original co-founder of Honest Tea. When Coca-Cola discontinued Honest Tea in 2022, Seth launched Just Ice Tea to continue the mission of creating organic, fairly traded, delicious beverages. While we're not Honest Tea, we carry forward the same values and commitment to quality.
